James and Abby, both working from home, wanted to relocate to the coast and found a perfect sea view house in Devon on the same day it went on the market, they made an offer and it was immediately accepted. Lots of light and amazing view but it came with a bland and boring decor, so they called me in to help.
The house had been extended upwards into the roof forming a new room with extensive sea views. James and Abby wanted this room to be their main living room to take advantage of the views. If you have an awkward shape or architectural feature it may be best to highlight it rather than trying to disguise it. Adds character too!
